Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Crested Pillars and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Work products created for clients will be transferred upon full payment according to the project agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Deposits are required before project commencement
• Milestone payments are due as specified in agreements
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refunds are subject to the terms of individual agreements

Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on project scope, client feedback response times, and unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

Limitation of Liability

Crested Pillars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
